ASSEMBLY & CARE
As part of our White Glove Service, this piece is brought into your home, placed in the room of your choice, fully assembled and all packaging will be removed. The following is not included in White Glove Service:
- Attaching marble top to base.
- Attaching sinks to marble top.
- Final plumbing installation.
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. To protect the finish, avoid the use of chemicals and household cleaners. Reseal marble top at least once a year to protect against moisture. Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check that all connections are tight.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
An unlimited number of eligible furniture and oversized items can be delivered directly into your home for a single flat rate. For a reduced flat rate, select items may be shipped to a local store for customer pickup or receive Doorstep Delivery (no room placement or assembly).
If the item is delivered into your home as White Glove, it will be brought in by a skilled delivery team on a pre-scheduled date, unpacked in the room of your choice, and fully assembled. (Doorstep Delivery does not include room placement or assembly).
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order. Made-to-order items are not eligible.
