CARE
Vacuum regularly and/or shake to remove dust. For best results, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater brush, on a low-power setting. Blot spills immediately with a white cloth. Turn rug around occasionally to equalize wear.
May be rinsed regularly with an outdoor hose and mild soap. Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals as they may damage or fade rug. After exposure to excessive water from a hose or heavy rain, allow rug to dry completely before use. Do not leave in standing water for extended periods of time to avoid mold/mildew growth.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Select items let you pick your favored shipping method: Standard courier, White Glove or Doorstep. Self Transport is economical and doesn’t require a delivery appointment. White Glove provides full-service delivery on a set date for a flat rate. Doorstep ships at a reduced flat rate to your door or to your local store for pickup.
White Glove Service
If having the item delivered into your home as White Glove, it will be brought in by a skilled delivery team on a pre-scheduled date, unpacked in the room of your choice and fully assembled. (Doorstep Delivery does not include room placement or assembly).
Easy Returns
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order. Made-to-order items are not eligible.
