Assembly
As part of our White Glove Service, this piece will be brought into your home, placed in the room of your choice, fully assembled and all packaging will be removed.
Care
To keep your leather seating looking its best, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Rub out minor scratches lightly with a finger. For oil-based spots and spills, wipe up any excess with a clean, dry cloth. Do not apply water. Rather, leave the spot alone: In most cases the spot should dissipate into the leather after a period of time. For permanent stains or thorough cleanings, we recommend contacting a leather specialist. For periodic cleaning and maintenance.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Select items let you pick your favored shipping method: Standard courier, White Glove or Doorstep. Courier is economical and doesn’t require a delivery appointment. White Glove provides full-service delivery on a set date for a flat rate. Doorstep ships at a reduced flat rate to your door or to your local store for pickup.
If having the item delivered into your home as White Glove, it will be brought in by a skilled delivery team on a pre-scheduled date, unpacked in the room of your choice and fully assembled. (Doorstep Delivery does not include room placement or assembly).
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order. Made-to-order items are not eligible.
