Assembly & Care
Our sectionals only require minimal assembly. As part of our White Glove Service, this piece will be brought into your home, placed in the room of your choice, fully assembled and all packaging will be removed.
Genuine leather: To keep your leather seating looking its best, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Rub out minor scratches lightly with a finger. For oil-based spots and spills, wipe up any excess with a clean, dry cloth. Do not apply water. Rather, leave the spot alone: In most cases the spot should dissipate into the leather after a period of time. Vegan leather: Dust periodically with a clean dust cloth. For spots or smudges, lightly moisten a cloth with water and wipe clean.
Shipping & Returns
An unlimited number of eligible furniture and oversized items can be delivered directly into your home for a single flat rate. For a reduced flat rate, select items may be shipped to a local store for customer pickup or receive Doorstep Delivery (no room placement or assembly).
If having the item delivered into your home as White Glove, it will be brought in by a skilled delivery team on a pre-scheduled date, unpacked in the room of your choice and fully assembled. (Doorstep Delivery does not include room placement or assembly).
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order. Made-to-order items are not eligible.
